Individually Folded Poly Disposable PE Plastic Apron Folding Machine, this machine is specializing in folding different kind of Polythylene HDPE LDPE CPE Poly disposable plastic aprons into small size, the standard machine do 5 times folding, all adopts servo motors controlling, per min output is about 25-30packs, very stable, equips with XINJIE brand PLC and Touch Screen, easy operation. Except folding Polythylene HDPE LDPE CPE Poly Plastic Aprons, this machine is also able to fold disposable plastic barber apron, barber cape, haircut cape, haircdressor cape or plastic garbage bags, each folding is adjustable, controlled by servo motors, XINJIE brand PLC and touch screen.

Working Process:

1. Manual apron material placement. The aprons are manually placed on the material tray on both sides.
2. Apron material separation. Apron material separation is automatic.
3. Apron folding The apron folds automatically a total of 5 times.
4 Rejection of defective materials The defective materials will be automatically eliminated after being detected.
5 Finished product collection Automatically collect the folded products.
